**Adoption Pending**
UPDATE APRIL 7 - "Chance" arrived on April 4 to his new family on a foster-to-adopt. So far they ADORE him and can't believe that someone let this dog go! Shelter contacts warned us that he is FULL of energy but he's settled right down after a couple of days in a home environment. He's housetrained, polite, and other than a couple minor puppy type behaviors, very well-behaved. We will be giving his new family a couple weeks to see how they feel about the match, but early indications say that Chance won't be going anywhere. "_

We have very little information on MaGee at this point other than that he is a young energetic male lab cross who has been in a very high-volume shelter for about a month, and his time is up. As an urgent dog, we will get as much temperament information as we can from our shelter contacts from animals we take but we will not know what to expect as far as their behavior in a home (if they are house-trained, etc). We sometimes have an idea, but fosters/adoptors should be prepared to deal with a dog that needs some remedial training. We have been getting some simply amazing dogs from this shelter, and even in-house initial training has been minimal. MaGee is very urgent and will be euthanized if he's not rescued or adopted soon. The shelter is full of young black lab crosses. More info will be posted on MaGee as it comes in.
