My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mother of four. Searching for the owner of one big heart.

Yes, I was a young mother with no child support. In fact, with no home, either.

My four kittens and I ended up in a box in a garage. And just when it looked like the heat was going to do us in, we were found by somebody with connections to Friends for Life, no less! Needless to say, life took a huge turn for the better. While we were being fostered, three of my kittens found homes. And then my daughter (Kaylee) and I got the call: “There’s room at the Friends for Life Inn on 19th!”

So here we are. Like mother, like daughter, we’re both gray and white tabbies. But to hear the volunteers tell it, we’re some of the most beautiful tabbies to come this way in a long, long time. And it’s not all looks. It’s a big dose of gentleness, too. And we both love our human friends (as well as the wayward cats we pall around with).

But I’m ready to settle down in a real home. Spayed, my kitty days are behind me (hey, I paid my dues!). What I have to offer now is full time love for my owner. And if you have another cat, I’ll be nice to him or her, too!
