My story

Hi, my name is Tandy! I’m not sure how I ended up in a crowded shelter for 6 weeks because I used to have a family…they just never came to take me home. I am a very lucky girl because Lab Rescue saved me just in the nick of time! I am a gentle, well-mannered girl and I’m looking for a family that will open their hearts to me and never let me go.
I’m a petite girl with black hair and beautiful hazel eyes. I love being showered with attention by people and I am polite. I know commands like “sit”, “down” and “shake”, I love to go for walks and I take food and treats very nicely.

I had a short car ride down to San Diego from LA, but it seemed like forever. I left the shelter, jumped into the car, and went to sleep. I didn’t know where we were going yet but I knew it could only get better. I enjoy being in the car and I am very well behaved.

I had a long, overdue bath and it was amazing. I loved getting pampered and I sat there patiently while I was groomed. I even went shopping and picked out a pretty new collar so I am feeling a lot better about my self already.

I give the best doggie kisses and the more belly rubs and snuggles I get the happier I am! I have so much love to give and just want to be loved in return. Could you be the family for me??
