Pumpkin's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/dogs/pumpkin.html

Hi my name is Pumpkin! My name is very fitting because when you meet me and see how adorable and sweet I am - You find yourself 'Awww, Hi Punkin'!...I am a very happy playful puppy who gets along with some other dogs. I know lots of tricks already including Sit and Down. My cutest trick is that I put my paw out so you can kiss it. I am a true princess. I would like a home that is active but I also love to just lay on the floor. The foster home that I am at has a cat and I just sit and stare at him. I can't decide if I want to play with him or take a big bite. Either way I just sit and stare. If you think that I would fit in with your family email my foster parents. Hope to see you soon.
Please complete an adoption interest form and email it to jennifer@valleydogs.org if you are interested in meeting me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pumpkin, a Gilbert Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Rottweiler/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
