Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courtesy Posting! - Barney is a super handsome boxer/bulldog. He weighs about 80 pounds and is about 2.5-3 years old. Barney completed a basic obedience class and knows his commands and manners- walks beautifully on leash, knows “sit” and “down” and “go to your crate.” Barney is not great with other dogs- he would probably like it best if he lived without other pets in the home- he'd love to be your one and only four-legged pal. Although he is a big, strong guy Barney also has a sensitive side to him- busy, crowded, noisy places overwhelm him. He is not the kind of dog that you would bring with you to the Venice boardwalk or a child’s football game. Barney could live with a single person, with a couple or he could go to a home with children, as he is very sweet and loving with people of all sizes. However, because he is a big strong dog, the parents will need to be prepared for kids to get knocked over! Barney should be adopted by someone that has experience with large dogs (he is not a dog for a first-time owner.) He needs a strong and experienced person who will reinforce his training and be a leader. In return you will have a loyal pal, a true best friend and a big loving sweet buddy by your side!
Barney will only be placed in the LOS ANGELES area. For more information on Barney please e-mail Debbie at the Bill Foundation: debbie@billfoundation.org.
