found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Penguin’s name comes from his classy tuxedo coloring. He also has an extra white smudge on his forehead to show you just where to start your fingers when you rub his head. Don’t be fooled when he tells you you haven’t found the right spot yet – he’s just trying to get more petting!
Penguin was abandoned on the streets of D.C., where a 4Paws volunteer realized he was not part of the feral cat colony he was trying to live with. He is happy to be indoors and safe again, and shows his appreciation with rubs and purrs. He is somewhat anxious about food – not surprising given his history – and should have a bowl or plate of his own so he doesn’t have to share with another cat.
Penguin is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He has tested negative for FeLV/FIV and heartworm.
