Mega's Story...
N/M, 5 years, Boxer, 40 lbs

Greetings everyone, I am the very handsome Mega. I am a 5-year-old
Boxer, and I weigh about 40 lbs. I came to MaxFund from another
shelter, so not too much is know about my past, but what is known is
that I am an absolutely fabulous dog. I started out a bit quiet and
shy, but as I got to know the ropes here at MaxFund, I have blossomed
into a truly confident and friendly dog.

I'm mature - not hyper - after all, I'm five years old. I can hike
with you for miles and miles. I have excellent leash manners and love
to go for long walks. Everyone here can see that I am such a sweet
boy and would make the perfect companion. What can I say, I just love

What more can I say for myself? You will have to come and meet me to
see for yourself. I will thank you with many kisses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mega, a Denver Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Denver, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
