Buddy's Story...
My name's Buddy, which really fits me because I sure would like to be your buddy! They say I'm a Siamese tabby mix. Not sure what that means, but I think it means I'm a very handsome boy! I like to play with other cats, but I play kinda rough, so please think about that if you have other kitties. I also love to play with people and dogs...I'm about 10 months old, neutered, and FIV/FeLeuk negative. A nice lady at the vet clinic decided to foster me when my original mom and dad didn't want me anymore. She's nice to me, but has plenty of her own animals, so I'd be really happy to live with my own forever family as soon as possible. Please submit an application for me at www.radfordpoundpals.org or write the volunteers at pals@psknet.com if you think I'm the perfect kitty for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Radford Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Radford, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Radford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Radford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Radford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Radford paves the way for another one to be saved.
