Aimee von Diaz's Story...
Aimee von Diaz is a sweet 5 month old long haired German Shepherd. She is an affectionate and loving dog and is gentle even around small children. Aimee is spunky and smart and if she barks pay attention, because she only barks when there is a reason. Like most dogs, Aimee has a wonderful appetite but tends to make noise if another dog gets to close to her bowl (but fine with humans.) She loves to play with toys, chewing things and ice in her water bowl. She is well on her way to being house trained and uses a doggy door easily. Although Aimee enjoys being outside during the day, she loves to sleep inside at night with her family. She and her brother Carter are great together and would be a great duo if adopted together. As cute as she is now, when Aimee's long coat comes in she will be gorgeous!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aimee von Diaz, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
