My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE from foster family (4/6): They are doing well! They warmed up to my husband pretty quickly, and my son thinks they are the coolest things in town. :) He loves to watch them hop. They are healthy, cute as two buttons and enjoying lots of treats.

THESE two bunnies were sent to the shelter with no hope of finding a permanent home and someone to love them. Jack is the black/silver, and Jill is white with black. They are only 2.5 yrs. old. Neither of them mind being held and enjoy cuddling on the couch. They love veggie treats and fresh hay. During the warmer months... they play outdoors in a safe "play-yard" for some sunshine (BUT MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTDOORS). They hope to find someone who will take on the responsibility of a long term commitment! They are very sweet-natured and like to be pet. They will easily let you trim their nails. They are full grown, and have both been altered. Both bunnies are fairly easy to handle, they have been exposed to cats, dogs and guinea pigs and are not frightened at all. Jack and Jill would enjoy being an active part of your family! Please contact MarysMutts@aol.com so you can receive an application for adoption. Then, if approved, we will set an appointment for a visit! We can only adopt them as a pair, and they must be housed INDOORS ONLY. If you have never had the joy of rabbits in your life, PLEASE be sure to do your research before adopting! Thanks so much for considering adoption from a rescue organization!! If you are a first time bunny family, PLEASE do your research and reading. It is imperative!!!
