Reginald is basically a sweet guy that has had some bad times. He is a little fearful and very guarded around new people. Once he knows you, he is just a pussy cat (without the hair balls)! He needs a home that is calm and absolutely no children, but will make a great buddy for the right person. Reginald likes other dogs and will tolerate a cat or two.
