Minnie was rescued after spending 2 1/2 years locked in a garage. Although severely neglected in her past, she is an extremely sweet, playful dog. She loves children and loves riding in the car. Minnie loves to he hugged and sleep next to someone. She's good on leash, too. All she needs is someone who will give her a second chance.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie, a Marina del Rey Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
