I am already neutered, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and declawed.

Guiness's Story...
Guiness is a sweet, 5-year old, 13 lb., declawed Maine Coon. He is a mellow boy who loves the company of people as well as other cats. He enjoys stretching his long, fluffy body on his foster mom's desk while she works on her computer. Guiness also loves bird watching from a window and chasing his favorite feather toy. Guiness is on a special diet for UTI (urinary tract infection) so needs an understanding owner who is committed maintaining his health and getting regular UTI tests. This beautiful, affectionate boy is worth the investment! A home with a stress-free environment would work best for him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Guiness, a Seattle Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
