My name is Daisy!

Basset Hound Dog for adoption in El Segundo, California - Daisy

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Daisy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Daisy's Story...
Daisy was left at the vet's office when her family brought her in to get some lumps and bumps checked out. They were unable to pay for the removal and biopsies of the growths. She is so sweet and darling that we took her on, got all her growths removed and biopsied and all came back fine. She is now doing great, spunky as ever - despite the gray muzzle she is only 6 years old and acts even younger! Daisy is housetrained and will be a joy to have as a housemate! If you are interested, please email pal@palrescue.org and put the dog's name in the subject line.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a El Segundo Basset Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound for sale in El Segundo, or seeking a Basset Hound dog from a breeder in El Segundo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Segundo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Segundo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound breeders who help with Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Segundo paves the way for another one to be saved.
