Pencil needs a foster home! He was found as a stray and turned over to a vet in Commerce. This liver & white boy is just 1 to 2 years old. He's healthy, neutered, and has had all of his vaccinations. Pencil is waiting for a foster home at a local kennel. We'll have more information once Pencil is placed in foster care.
