KAYLIE's Story...
I'm Kaylie and was saved from the El Centro shelter just in time. Now, I'd like a nice family to welcome me into their lives, and give me lots of love - and I'll give you lots of love right back. I've walked on the leash a bit, but will need someone to take me to doggie school, so I learn all the right things. Would you like to do that with me?
My email address is labrescuers.org if you'd like to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

KAYLIE, a San Diego Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
