Rosemary is a 4-6 year old female who is shivering in her boots and may not have had the opportunity to enjoy her life much. She is a very sweet and timid little girl who needs someone who will take her and love on her and show her how to enjoy life. We know that in the right home, she will blossom and learn to wag her little tail like the rest of her dog friends.
