Lotus's Story...
LOTUS

1 yr Seal Point Siamese

She ended up at the shelter like so many unspayed females and she delivered a litter of kittens inside the shelter .

Lotus has been a very doting mother and she also happily nursed three other infant kittens that had lost their mom. Now Lotus is totally done with motherhood and wants a life of her own! Lotus has the most gorgeous blue eyes and beautiful seal point markings. You can definitely tell she is a purebred Siamese. She is very calm and very content to be by your side. She loves to sit right next to you and would spend the day the re if you would let her. She doesn’t meow, but will trill to you in her soft little voice. She is just about the sweetest gal her foster mom has ever had in rescue.

Lotus does have one fault in that she really hates dogs! She is a bit hesitant with o the r resident cats right now, mostly because she has been such a possessive mom. She is now working on developing some interaction with o the r cats and things seem to be going quite well. She would also be very happy being an only cat.

Lotus is fostered in Davis .

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lotus, a Davis Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Davis, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
