My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nikki is a young black and tan female. She was dropped in a "catch pen" of a shelter one night , therefore her past is unknown. She came into the rescue underweight, dirty, and heartworm positive. She is a very sweet dog, and she will make someone a wonderful pet. She has slowly put on weight and is now a big beautiful girl. Nikki's social skills with other dogs are improving daily. Update 10/15/03: Nikki is now heartworm free and waiting for her new forever home.
