My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

General is a large, friendly, mostly tan male. He was wandering around a historic part of Montgomery, AL for a couple of months before he finally decided to let someone catch him. He is a handsome boy and obviously likes to go for walks since all we had to do to catch him was show him a leash. He is approximately 5 years old. He came into rescue heartworm positive. He was treated in August 2003 and is now heartworm free. Tall fences are preferred because General will jump a fence. We don't know how he is around cats, but he has been good around other dogs.

This dog is crate trained, neutered, up to date on shots and HW free. Adoption application, home visit, and $200 adoption fee are required. Please read our adoption requirements on our home page.
