My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is a rescued dog who needs a new family due to changes in their circumstances and housing. She is about 3 years old and is a 33 pound shepherd/beagle mix. Lucy is wonderful with kids and lives with a family who does in home day care. She is tolerant of even the roughest of the kids and will let them know in a nice way when she has had enough. Lucy is very friendly and playful with the neighboring dogs but hasn't been around cats. She is well house trained and goes to the door and whines when she needs to go out. Lucy's activity level is moderate and enjoys lying around in the sun though she can be playful too. She also walks well on the leash and she behaves very well and doesn't need to be crated--being in a crate makes her nervous. Lucy is with a 501c3 non profit rescue. Her $200 adoption fee covers her spay, heartworm test and pill, shots, worming, heartworm test and pill and HomeAgain microchip.
