Tubbs's Story...
Tubbs
Lilac Point Siamese/Ragdoll mix
10 week old Male

Tubbs is a great kitten! Loads of personality, energy and love. He enjoys wrestling with his siblings (or with your hand) and carrying his fuzzy ball where ever he goes. His fuzzy ball is his "prey". He has a tiny little growl if his siblings try to take it away. Tubbs will carry it all over the house, with this funny little sideways swagger. He is so proud!

Tubbs used to be the "tubbiest" of the litter. That's how he got his name. Tubbs has beautiful lilac coloring his ears, nose and tail. He has a lilac "freckle" on the right side of his nose. It's so cute. His body is cream colored, with the back legs being darker. And those wonderful blue eyes!

After a round of playtime, Tubbs likes to curl up with you. Whether you are watching TV, reading a book or on the computer, Tubbs wants to be on your chest. He climbs up, gives lots of kisses, purrs like crazy, and talks to you until he is ready to settle down. He will stay there for hours if you let him.

Tubbs will do well in any home. If you have young children, he is very gentle. He does well with keeping his claws retracted. Tubbs gets along fine with other cats and ferrets. This little guy wants lots of love, so make sure there is always a hand ready for petting.

Tubbs is fostered in Reno.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tubbs, a Davis Ragdoll kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Davis, or seeking a Ragdoll kitten from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
