Buttercup's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buttercup's Story...
Buttercup is 14 weeks old as of June 10th.

Buttercup came to Stray Cat Blues at the tender age of 3 and a half weeks old with several siblings, most of which did not survive. Her sister Marigold is also ready for adoption. These are very sweet and playful kittens. They enjoy being held and cuddled too. The big girls are ready to now go to their forever homes. Spayed, vaccinated for distemper and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. One more distemper and a rabies shot will be needed in three weeks.

Buttercup is also already microchipped!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buttercup, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
