Smooch's Story...
Hey there! My name is Smooch and I'm an adorable Cairn Terrier x who can't wait to find a forever home of his own! I'm coming up to Calgary on June 21st from Georgia where I was rescued from a high kill shelter. I just love people and am told I'll make some lucky person happy, I hope that person's you!

Please note that Little Mutts Rescue adoption fees are $350-$400. Includes spay / neuter, up-to-date on vaccinations, Snap 4 testing (includes heartworm and erhlichia), microchip, and a vet certificate (please note that if puppies are born in Calgary, we do not have a vet certificate to provide). Why Adoption is a Great Option

Smooch, a Calgary Cairn Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier for sale in Calgary, or seeking a Cairn Terrier dog from a breeder in Calgary.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Calgary already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Calgary breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Calgary paves the way for another one to be saved.
