Hello my name is Twix! I look like a yummy Twix candy bar!!! And I'm just a sweet!!! I'm an 11 week old lovable Lab mix puppy. Here's how my story goes. A family had my mom and bothers & sisters. They were not in a position to care for us. So they reached out to this wonderful rescue group (Companion Pet Rescue) who stepped up and took my mom and siblings. Glad to report my mom has been adopted and leaving for Connecticut next week!!!
Now a little more about me. I've learned to use the doggie door at my foster home. I love to play, eat and sleep! And I love playing with my siblings. Little humans are pretty cool too. I know my people are out there and I can't wait to fill their lives with all my puppy cuteness. Please adopt me and let be apart of your life and family 🐾❤️
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Ace Hardware in Oxford on Friday July 5th from 2-6pm. On Saturday, July 6th CPR will be at Petco in Southington from 10am-2pm. On Sunday July 7th CPR will be hosting and Open House at the adoption center located at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $525 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee.
If you are an MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
