My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jayla is super sweet and cuddly. She's around 5 months old & is working on her house manners while in foster care. She is getting along with her foster sister well. She loves to chew on bones and antlers and especially loves a kong with peanut butter. She loves to give kisses and does well in a big crowd. Now that she can get up on the couch, she ALWAYS wants to be near whoever is on it! She loves looking out the window at whatever is going by.

This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Better Beagle in Oxford on Friday July 19th from 2pm - 6pm. On Saturday July 20th CPR will be at Cheshire Cat and Dog Too from 10am-1pm and then join us for the Annual Reunion from 1pm-3pm at the Cheshire Dog Park. On Sunday July 21st CPR will be at PetValu in Southbury from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!

The adoption fee is $525 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee.

If you are an MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.

TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back.

After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.
