Hunter's Story...
Hunter is a very sweet puppy...very much a puppy even though he is almost 9 months old. He is a little shy at first, but very happy to please and wiling to learn. He has a lot of potential for someone with enough time to spend with him. He is very loyal to those he feels are his family which is everyone! He is very good with other dogs and cats/kittens. Housebroken, crate-trained, and basic training on commands such as sit...stay...lay down...etc. He is a work in progress with a lot of potential! Please give this great boy a loving home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunter, a Lee's Summit Vizsla puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Vizsla for sale in Lee's Summit, or seeking a Vizsla puppy from a breeder in Lee's Summit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lee's Summit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lee's Summit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Vizsla breeders who help with Vizsla rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lee's Summit paves the way for another one to be saved.
