Here's what the humans have to say about me:
http://www.valleydogs.org/dogs/other_detroit.html
My name is Detroit. I was named by a 15 yr old after the detroit red wings.
I wandered into my foster parents house on Sunday night the 23rd of November. I am Very loving and want to play. I was very hungry and wanted some food.
I am good with other dogs and do not mind cats (currently I live with 5 cats and 2 dogs). I love to go for walks, is am good on the harness or simply a collar and leash. Overall I am about 50 pounds, stands knee high at the shoulders, love to have her belly rubbed.
I was was found in the area of 63rd Ave and Peoria. There was a second dog found during the same time period, so my mom thinks I was abandon by owners of one of the foreclosed homes that have been recently emptied.
Mom said: She does well with potty training, doesn't bark (except when other big dogs begin barking at her). We think she is about 8-9 months old. The vet has given her a clean bill of health and she does NOT have a chip.
If I am the type of dog you are looking for, please give my owners an email at LoraleiRiney@yahoo.com.
