My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peanut is a gorgeous 6 year old beagle As you can see by Peanut's photo he is a very social dog, wanting human contact and attention. Pluto is a very gentle boy. He gets along well with other dogs, is up to date on shots, and is really nice dog.

Peanut loves being outside, and needs to be with a family who has lots of energy! He loves to go exploring but he's not well leash-trained ... he's got a mind of his own. Or, nose of his own. :-) He pulls & meanders quite a bit. He's definitely housebroken though which is a big plus for Peanut, no accidents in the house!

When his foster mom took him to the vet she said he was great - didn't flinch or snap or show any anxiety with the vaccinations ... but he did show some anxiousness at being in the examining room. He apparently doesn't like closed doors.

He's decided that he likes to steal his foster brother Hank's frisbee and run away with it ... and when he's got it, he prances around like he's so proud that he stole it! It's hilarious!!
