Merlin's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Merlin's Story...
Merlin is our gentle giant. He's super sweet and really gets along with everyone! He's not really an athlete but more of a book worm. He's quite intelligent and pretty mellow. Merlin's happy just lounging around laying next to you as you read a good book or watch tv. Merlin is already housetrained and he knows how to use a doggie door too! He likes taking strolls around the neighborhood and showing off how well he walks on a leash! He isn't the destructive type, either. Merlin loves to please and would make a great addition to one lucky family!

Merlin weighed 93 pounds when we rescued him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Merlin, a Phoenix Anatolian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
