Meet Lucario! This 2 1/2 month old, 13lb bundle of love is looking for his forever family, are you them? Lucario was found as a stray and has done great in foster care! He loves playing with dogs and humans, loves getting pets and playing. Lucario has a little scar on the top of his head but he doesn't seem to mind, its like a part in his fur! This cute playful guy needs a family of his very own, one that will let him cuddle and play and run around outside chasing soccer balls!
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Petco in Southington all three days for Petco’s National Adoption Weekend. On Friday September 9th from 2pm-6pm; Saturday September 7th from 10am - 2pm and lastly on Sunday September 8th from 10am to 1pm! We can not guarantee approval on site at the events, so we recommend applying ahead of time. You can apply at the event, but the application process may not be able to be completed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $525 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee.
If you are an MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
