Lola's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Lola's Story...
Lola is a 10 month old purebred rat terrier who was turned over to rescue because her family is moving. She is a darling, good natured, happy little girl who is a little thin at 12 pounds. She gets along well with respectful kids over 5, other dogs and with cats. Lola is active and playful but also knows how to snuggle in a lap for some loving and petting. She is house trained and leash trained. Foster mom is working on her crate training. Lola is with a 501c3 non profit rescue. Her $250 adoption fee doesn't quite cover her full vetting that includes her spay, heartworm test and pill, shots, worming, flea/tick preventive and HomeAgain microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Osseo Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Osseo, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Osseo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Osseo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Osseo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Osseo paves the way for another one to be saved.
