Magnum's Story...

A GENTLE GIANT: Because we've often been bitten and scratched during the rescue effort, Robin was initially wary of Magnum's size and strength after we'd trapped him. The surprise is, Magnum’s big, muscular body and round head mask the biggest teddy bear of a cat you’ll ever meet. When he went in to be neutered he was mistakenly ear-tipped, so now he looks even tougher. Magnum is a gentle giant with a tiny little meow, and loves lots and lots of attention. He’s ready to trade in the hard life for a nice, soft lap.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magnum, a Cincinnati Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
