My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kaya is not in the Closer to Home Animal Advocates' program. This is a courtesy listing and your application will be forwarded to her owner.

Kaya is a lovely 10-year-old spayed Alaskan Malamute girl that needs to find a new home. Her owners are no longer able to keep her. Kaya is 93 pounds, up to date on all vaccinations and is on monthlhy heartworm preventative.

Her owner states that Kaya is affectionate and friendly with people of all ages. She loves attention and would rather not be left by herself, if possible (she will cry when left alone). Kaya enjoys submissive mid-size breeds and other malamutes or huskies but is a dominant girl.

If you are interested in adopting this dog click here for our online adoption application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required.
