Beans's Story...
Hi Im Beans,

That's right, I'm sooo sweet I'm actually making "air bisquits" in the picture. My Mom loves me a lot and is sad to have to find me a new home. But you know how alot of people kind of whine about cat allergies and either are not really allergic or really don't address it by making an effort? Well, trust me, it happens. But let me tell you, my poor Mom is really allergic, diagnosed by a doctor and has tried every prescription drug and shot there is. Yikes. But being close to me makes her really, really sick. Bummer...not my fault, I know--and not her fault either. Really about one in 25 people who claim cat allergies are really is the most wrongly diagnosed allergy around. We cats get a seriously bad rap, Dude.

I'm a big orange boy who is a purr machine, loves snggling and craves attention ---from you! I'm fully vetted, a young adult with great litter box habits and a boundless capacity for love!

Please give me a look--just let FFL know when you'd like to meet and my foster Mom will bring me in to see you at either one of the adoption centers special delivery!

Hope to make bisquits for you soon!

Love, Beans

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beans, a Houston Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
