Solly's Story...
Solly is a purebred sealpoint Ragdoll boy who is just turning 5 years old. He spent virtually his entire life in a cage before coming to the rescue, but you would never know it if you met him! We have spent the past month getting him acclimated to life in a family home, and Solly has surprised us with how quickly and eagerly he is making the adjustment. Solly has blossomed into an extremely affectionate kitty who wants to be petted and loved and played with. He is also a very active kitty who spends his evenings playing games with his buddy Muffett, racing around the house, and pouncing on stuffed mice. He has been neutered & vaccinated, has excellent litter box manners, and does NOT spray. Solly and his dear friend Miss Muffett need to be adopted together. Are you the special person who can give Solly and Muffett their forever home? Indoor-only home is required and declawing is prohibited by our adoption contract. We do not ship cats and must meet all applicants prior to adoption. Solly is being fostered in Portland, OR. If you are interested in adoption, please fill out our preliminary screening application here:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Solly, a Keizer Ragdoll cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Keizer, or seeking a Ragdoll cat from a breeder in Keizer.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Keizer already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Keizer breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Keizer paves the way for another one to be saved.
