From the moment we set eyes on Frazier, we knew was special! He's as cute as a button, super snuggly and playful with other dogs! Frasier hasn't had the best beginning to life and needs a home that is patient and willing to work with his fearfulness. Frazier is searching for a quiet home with a loving family who is just as special as he is. He needs a family to show him how good life can be! Once he feels safe, Frazier is the ultimate co-pilot, and he'll do anything to be by your side and make you happy! We're certain with the right family, Frazier will blossom into a spunky and confident little guy that we have seen in foster care.
