My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet young Brutus, a 10 month old sweetheart that weighs in about 45lbs. Brutus came into rescue when his people asked a friend to dog-sit for them while they moved, and then they ghosted poor Brutus and never came back for him. As far as we're concerned, that was probable the luckiest day Brutus has ever had, since we're pretty positive any human that would do such a thing is not worthy of being a pet owner.

While in foster, Brutus has proven to be a wonderful house guest and has picked up house training, crate training, and walking on leash like a champ. He's still just a young guy thats full of energy and LOVES playing with pup friends. He does great with fellow 4 legged pets of all sizes and doesn't even seem to mind the kitties. Brutus would make a wonderful addition to an active family thats looking for a plus one on all their adventures. Hikes, runs, or even just playing catch in the backyard is totally Brutus's jam. And after a long day, theres nothing our boy loves more than snuggle time with his favorite people. Brutus got dealt a pretty crappy hand in life so far, but we know the perfect family is out there to help change that to a full (forever) house. And Brutus can't wait to be the most favorite member of an awesome family. Read on to learn more about bringing sweet Brutus home.
