Goldie's Story...
Goldie is an 8-9 month old Golden Retriever & Spaniel mix puppy. She looks like a mini Golden Retriever. This gorgeous, golden-coated little girl weighs about 14 lbs. We rescued Goldie from a Southern California shelter where she was scheduled to be euthanized that day. She was a shelter staff favorite & they contacted us about her. Goldie is happy, playful, energetic, sweet, super easy going, & a great dog for children. She gets along very well with the other dogs in her foster home and LOVES to play with them. She is being crate trained while being fostered & is also being potty trained to go outdoors. Because she's a puppy, Goldie should attend basic training classes, which we will provide thru Sirius K9 Training Academy in either Yorba Linda or Moreno Valley, Calif. These classes are conducted by a certified, professional trainer, & Goldie will learn good K9 citizenship. Goldie is spayed, current on vaccines, & dewormed. Her adoption donation is $280 & includes the cost of her training course. Please read our adoption guidelines before requesting an application; these are located below on this page.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Goldie, a Orange Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Orange, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Orange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orange paves the way for another one to be saved.
