Hollie's Story...
This sweet girl is Hollie, and she's really a one-of-a-kind dog! Her unique markings are beautiful, and her gentle personality is almost too good to be true. She would definitely benefit from some obedience training, but she's already learning the command for sit very nicely. Because of her size we recommend that she find a family with children over the age of 12. Although she's a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly and loves a good belly rub! For more info, please call Kathy at 858.205.9974.

To meet Hollie, please go to the County Animal Shelter in Bonita today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hollie, a San Diego Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
