Archie!'s Story...
Alexis and her pup Archie were just rescued from and need great homes! Alexis is a sweetheart and is very friendly! She is around 2 yrs old and about 10lbs or so. Her pup Archie is also super friendy! He is around 3 mos old and weighs about 6-7lbs or so - we think he might be 15lbs or so when he is full grown :)

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.com to learn more about our rescue group. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so. The dogs shown on the site are in fostercare - we do not have a shelter to visit. Email is the best way to reach us - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Archie!, a Sacramento Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
