This is Henk. We think that he is a 10 months to 1 yr old Rottweiler / Lab mix young male. Big klutzy puppy; goofy and playful! He has long legs and big feet; we think that he will be a big, tall boy - 80 to 95 lbs or so, if we had to guess, when he is full grow. He is loving and sweet. We are working with Henk on good people manners and house manners. He has been showing lots of improvement in these areas. He seems social with other foster dogs as well. He loves any attention you can give him and loves a good belly rub. Henk is crate trained and is not a big barker. He has also learned to use a dog door and is doing well on his housetraining. He could use a committed owner that is willing to take him through basic obedience courses to continue his training. He walks fairly well on the leash and rides well in the car. Henk has a natural tail and looks predominantly Rottweiler but has longer ears like a Labrador Retriever and a playful nature. He is a bit on the klutzy side so for this reason, we would ask that he go to a home with children 8 yrs and older. This handsome fellow was a shelter favorite before we rescued him. Henk is looking for a good home.
