Scooter's Story...
Scooter and Squiggy's Cat-Tale:
Scooter and Squiggy were from a feral mom who was living in an area where everyone wanted her dead/gone.
Scooter and Squiggy only have one another & have to be adopted together. Scooter is a cute & energetic loving 'bear-cub' (built solid). His sister is shy but needs some T.L.C. from someone who understands that not all cats want to be in the 'lime-light'. We will most likely have to break the siblings up due to Squiggy being so shy.
Please consider adopting the kittens in kittens do well having a sibling to share a life with & it saves another kitten.

Mom is fixed and FIV/FeLV negative on her test. . The kittens are available for PRE-adoption [adoption fees must be paid ahead of time] - we will have them spay/neutered before they are adopted out . Trying to control the pet overpopulation means stopping the breeding , as kittens can get pregnant at 6 months of age.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scooter, a Cincinnati Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
