Chewpa's Story...
Chewpa is a friendly, good natured three year old Spaniel and Border Collie mix. This sweet dog came to us as a stray in terrible condition. Chewpa was missing hair on 70% of her body and her skin was covered in scales and sores. Luckily we had a wonderful foster home available for her where Chewpa received continuing medical care, and lots of love and attention. Her coat is growing in nicely and we expect her appearance to continue to improve. Despite her condition, Chewpa loved to romp in the yard with her foster roommate and play catch with her foster mom. She knows some commands such as sit, stay and down is crate trained. Foster Mom reports she has very clean habits, only wanting to eliminate outdoors. This very special girl has a wonderful, happy go lucky attitude and is a fun and lively young dog. Chewpa certainly did not have an easy start in life, please consider giving her the opportunity to enjoy life as someone's forever pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chewpa, a Vineland Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie for sale in Vineland, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Vineland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vineland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vineland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vineland paves the way for another one to be saved.
