Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Big Bobby McGee
Neutered Male, Adult. Swiss Hound - looks like a mix between an English Pointer and a Great Dane.
He's a terrific boy. He's sweet and loving. Loves to shake hands and be petted.
Very big guy. Laid back and easy going. Enjoys trotting around his yard and house. Spends a good deal of time in his crate by his own choice.
Has scars of a retired hunting dog. Was found in a dog crate at a dog park - sprung from the pokey on his very last day.
Bob has a weak positive valley fever titer - meaning he's been exposed to the disease, but he has been asymptomatic. He will need to be monitored at least yearly, preferrably every 6 months.
Bob is a soulful creature. He is VERY curious about cats and needs to live in a home with a doggie door. He's well behaved and is looking for a home where he can be appreciated for his strengths - his gift of companionship, his size, and his winning personality. He's a charmer and seems to be a big hit with anybody he meets.
