Joplin's Story...
These kids were found in a ditch submerged in water @ 4 weeks old. They were malnourished and have been treated for Ringworm. Now that they are feeling better, they are happy, playful, full of life pups! If you would like to pick your new pup up from the 24hr Adopt-a-Thon...please get a start now! (Due to medical treatment & age, they will not be available for release until this event!)
We'll need an Approved Application & Home Visit completed prior to the event if you'd like your pup to come home with you same day!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joplin, a Tampa Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
