Chico is an approximately 6 year old red neutered male who is talkative (he is a lot of company), not shy 30 seconds after meeting you, and then he is all about getting pets and love. Chico is about 9 inches tall and 9 pounds with very handsome face with large ears and a docked tail. Chico enjoys the rambunctious company of other young dogs and is curious about new things. He would like to find an active family with other small dogs in the home. He would like to be active – walks and car rides and lots of adventures will keep him social and well behaved. He swims well – but is not about to jump in on his own!
Chico and his human should learn basic obedience together so he learns a lot more of what is expected of him. He is crate trained, enjoys belly rubs, being with his humans and not missing any of the action in his family – and of course, being loved. Chico has very few accidents in the house as long as he can get outdoors.
Chico is neutered, up to date on his shots, micro chipped, heartworm tested and on monthly heartworm preventative. Chico needs eye drops 2 – 3 times daily for the rest of his life. Chico knows basic commands, rides well, is kennel trained, gets along with most other dogs and humans and loves adventures.
