My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gretchen is an angel, she's so sweet and kind! She loves making friends! This gal's the complete package: brains and beauty. When we first rescued Gretchen her coat was so matted, she developed a painful skin infection - still she didn't let that bring her spirits down! We gave her some medication and some TLC, and now Gretchen is happy and healthy! She loves going on walks and showing you just how good she can be on a leash. She's also very curious and likes to take time to stop and smell the roses, grass, leaves - everything!



Gretchen wants nothing more than a family to call her own. We believe her true soul mate is out there. Her ideal family would be able to take her on long walks, give her lots of hugs, kisses and maybe some vitamins to make her fur silky soft!

Gretchen weighed 32.8 pounds when we rescued her.
