Sara's Story...
Meet Sara, a super fun 6-7 months old chocolate lab. Sara loves to run around and play fetch and with other dogs. She is crate trained although she would rather be with people. She rides very well in the car too but her true specialty is "butt wiggling"...stay posted for more pictures as soon as she stop moving...

UPDATE FROM THE FOSTER MOM: Sara is a very lively and happy pup with lots of energy, typical lab. She gets along great with my 3 labs and is completely house trained. She easily adapted to the doggie door and goes outside by herself to potty. At night when time for bed she goes into the crate and doesn't make a peep all night and waits for you to get up in the morning. She knows sit (she immediately sits to get a cookie) , lay down and off, is easily trained and very very smart and catches on quickly. Sara loves her hugs and will come to you and sit for you to love on her. Sara will be a very loving dog to your family if just given the chance and give you hours of joy watching her play.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sara, a Cumming Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cumming, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Cumming.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cumming already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cumming breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cumming paves the way for another one to be saved.
