Duke's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Duke's Story...
GOT QUAIL? I am wondering because, among my many talents and virtues, I'm trained to hunt quail. My former owner doesn't hunt anymore, so he put me out to pasture. That is he turned me in to Rescue, hopefully to find a new "forever" home. Let me introduce myself, I am good dog Duke. I am mature, love to run with the wind and am house trained. I am well behaved, have good manners and even get along with cats and other dogs. Now don't get me wrong, I'm willing to retire if I can have a place, maybe on the couch? So if you're looking for a companionable guy, that loves to talk hunting, and will take you on walks, here I am. I would love it if you would come see me and we could swap stories. The poodles and chihuahuas that live here, just don't get it. Come soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a Muldrow Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer for sale in Muldrow, or seeking a Pointer dog from a breeder in Muldrow.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muldrow already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muldrow breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer breeders who help with Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muldrow paves the way for another one to be saved.
